What to include
You don't have to fill in all of this — but the more of it you send, the better the odds we can reproduce the problem instead of guessing at it.
- Which game. Backgammon, Minesweeper, Callbreak, Yatzy, Spades, Checkers or Court Piece.
- Phone or desktop, and if it's a phone, whether you were holding it upright or sideways. A surprising number of layout bugs live in landscape only.
- Which browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge — and roughly which device.
- What you expected, and what actually happened. These are two different sentences, and the gap between them is usually the bug.
- A screenshot, if something looked wrong rather than behaved wrong. It saves a long exchange.
Rules disputes
If you think the AI made an illegal move or a hand was scored wrongly, say which round it happened in and what the cards or dice were. The games follow published rules, but regional variants differ — Court Piece and Callbreak especially — and knowing which variant you grew up with tells us whether it's a bug or a house rule.
What we can't help with
There are no accounts here, so there is nothing to recover, reset or delete on our end. Your progress, streaks and settings live in your own browser's storage — clearing your browser data clears them, and we have no copy. See the Privacy Policy for what that means in detail.
